		JAY B. VERONA is the founder of Verona Law Group, P.A. Mr. Verona graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. degree in 1979 and a law degree in 1982. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982. Mr. Verona is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts located within the State of Florida. Mr. Verona is a member of the Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. He was chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the St. Petersburg Bar Association from 1991-93. Mr. Verona is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and focuses his practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation and transactions, as well as commercial bankruptcy matters. He represents a wide variety of institutional and individual clients in consumer matters. Mr. Verona was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 1, 1957, and has been a resident of Pinellas County, Florida since 1973. JASON M. ELLISON is a 2007 graduate of Stetson University College of Law and was a member of the Stetson Trial Team which was ranked number one in the nation during Mr. Ellison's tenure.

Mr. Ellison worked as a law clerk for Verona Law Group, P.A. while in law school, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007. Mr. Ellison is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Ellison practices in the areas of real estate litigation, including mortgage foreclosure, foreclosure defense, and landlord tenant law, as well as bankruptcy, and collection law. Mr. Ellison's experience spans both plaintiff and defense work providing a unique and valuable perspective to his clients.
