Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Florida Business Mediation Lawyers

When you have a dispute with a business, filing a lawsuit may be the first course of action that comes to mind. However, Florida law dictates that you must attempt mediation before going to trial. Please note that despite any initial reservations you may have, business mediation, or negotiation can prove to be a better and more productive alternative to litigation.

Business Mediation, Litigation, and Negotiation Services

Verona Law Group, P.A. is fully capable of providing effective and aggressive representation in negotiations or in the courtroom. Our attorneys have extensive trial experience and some are certified in mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

At the outset, we always explore settlement possibilities. We will examine your goals, listen to your questions and concerns, make a recommendation, and present it to the other party.  If settlement is not practical, we are readily able to pursue your case to trail.

When we serve as third-party mediators, we meet with disputants and their lawyers, listen to their concerns, and try to negotiate an alternative way to resolve the argument.

Negotiate or Litigate?

We, at Verona Law Group, P.A., believe that negotiation/mediation is a viable alternative to litigation, as it may save you time, money, and unnecessary anxiety. Our experience and success with negotiated solutions has been appreciated by clients over the years. Business clients, in particular, are especially aware of the value of a quickly negotiated and effective settlement of a dispute, as it allows them to focus their attention on the business.
